Connecting Rooms
Planning to book multiple rooms? Families often prefer to connect rooms for easy access between groups.
Connecting rooms cost $50 per night per connection. For example, two rooms = one connection ($50 × 5 nights = $250 total). Three rooms = two connections, and so on.
Just let us know during registration which rooms should be linked together.
Deposit & Timeline
Secure your family's spot with a deposit. Once it's received you're officially in — the balance can be arranged closer to the trip with no stress and no surprises.

Is airport transport included?
Yes — round-trip airport transfers are included on main program dates (November 27 and December 2) at no additional cost.
Are there direct flights from Salt Lake City?
Yes — there are seasonal nonstop flights from Salt Lake City (SLC) to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) during the winter season that covers our trip dates (commonly on Delta). Schedules and availability vary, so book early — and let us know if you'd like help coordinating travel.
Can we upgrade our room?
Upgrades may be available; we'll share options and pricing closer to the trip (prices are still pending).
What's included at the resort?
It's all-inclusive: meals, drinks, and most activities are covered.
